12-Hour Access Guarantee

If you have purchased a course on SkillsGrow and do not receive your email confirmation with course access within 12 hours of payment, you are eligible to request a full cancellation and refund.

When You Can Cancel

  • You completed the payment for any SkillsGrow course.
  • More than 12 hours have passed and you have not received any email confirmation or course access link from us.
  • You have not been able to log in or access the purchased course content.

No Hidden Charges
Same Payment Method

You will receive the full amount that was debited from your account — no processing fees, no deductions, no hidden charges. The refund will be credited back to the same original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) used during purchase.

How to Request Cancellation

  1. Email us at support@skillsgrow.online from your registered email ID.
  2. Mention your Order ID / Transaction ID and the course name.
  3. Briefly mention that you did not receive course access within 12 hours.
  4. Our team will verify and approve your request, usually within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy — you will receive the credited amount in your original payment method within 7 working days from the date of approval.
