Refund Policy

At SkillsGrow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a course, here's our refund policy:

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Less than 30% of the course content must have been accessed
  • Refunds are not available for courses that have been completed

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@skillsgrow.online with your order details and reason for the refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is accepted/approved by our team, you will receive the refund in your original payment method within 7 working days from the date of approval.

Note: Bank/UPI/card processing times may vary slightly. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Exceptions

Promotional or discounted courses may have different refund terms. These will be communicated at the time of purchase.
