At SkillsGrow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a course, here's our refund policy:
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Less than 30% of the course content must have been accessed
- Refunds are not available for courses that have been completed
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@skillsgrow.online with your order details and reason for the refund. We process refunds within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
Promotional or discounted courses may have different refund terms. These will be communicated at the time of purchase.
